Your main POC when you get started with Aelieve is your Marketing Visionary. After your discovery meeting, you will be matched with your Marketing Visionary and they will be your trusted advisor and will be there for you every step of the way.
You’ll receive everything you need to move forward with production. Your designs will be uploaded to a shared folder where you will receive the correct formats based on your project needs. Typically this means a production-ready Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Photoshop file, PDF, or EPS file.
You’ll also receive legal copyright, so you can rest-assured that the design is yours.

Our designers create only original artwork, so each designer owns the rights to their design submissions until you choose your favorite. During the design handover stage, the designer agrees to transfer the rights, and you become the owner of the copyright of your winning logo design.
Depending on your initial proposal, you may receive multiple designs. You may also choose to work on a retainer so you can receive unlimited ad designs.
If you are halfway through your project and decide you would like to add on more designs, we can happily do so by drawing up a quick estimate and sending it over for approval and then continue on designing.
